No. This charge is never added to any initial stone purchase due to the inflation of cost at the time of need.
Each cemetery has different 'rules and regulations' that we obey.
We have tried to gather several 'rules & regulation' paperwork from nearby cemeteries to help expedite the process. (Can be found under this same tab 'Resources' under section 'Rules & Regulations')
